The service
What cherry picker hire involves
Work at height is safer and quicker from a proper platform. Whether it's maintenance, signage, tree work or cleaning, a cherry picker gives you a stable working position where ladders and towers fall short.
CNW Clean owns two Nifty Lift cherry pickers: one with a 12m working height and one with a 15m working height. Both are fully LOLER tested. Adam added platform hire to the business after joining in 2006.
Platforms can be hired operated by our team, or self-drive. Anyone operating a platform normally needs IPAF training, so please talk to us about your needs when you get in touch.
Why professional help matters
Working at height is the most common cause of serious injury in domestic DIY. A professional team removes that risk from you and your family entirely.
Experience counts. Our team members each have more than 20 years' service, so they know how to treat different properties properly and spot problems you might miss.
Insurance protects you. We hold full public and employer's liability insurance and are SafeContractor accredited, so you're covered if the unexpected happens.

What happens when it's ignored
Unsafe ladders
Ladders are not suitable for many high or prolonged jobs.
Scaffolding cost and delay
Scaffolding can be slow and expensive for short jobs.
Untested equipment
Using equipment without current LOLER testing is a real risk.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Using ladders for jobs that need a platform
- Booking scaffolding for a job that takes a day
- Operating a platform without the right training

Why CNW Clean
Why local customers choose us
Family run since 1979
Les started CNW Clean in 1979. His son Adam joined in 2006 and has run the business since, adding cherry picker hire along the way. That's more than four decades of looking after homes and businesses in the same part of the world, and a reputation built one job at a time.
The same experienced faces
Our two vans are crewed by long-standing team members, both with more than 20 years' service. You won't get a different stranger every visit. You get people who know the area, know the work and treat your property with care.
Our own access equipment
We own two Nifty Lift cherry pickers, with 12m and 15m working heights, both fully LOLER tested. High or awkward jobs don't depend on hiring equipment from someone else, so there's less waiting and no hidden access charges passed on.
Straightforward to deal with
Free site visits, no call-out charge, no deposits and a clear price for each job. Every job is backed by our 24-hour satisfaction guarantee, and you can reach us on the office line or Adam's mobile.

"Absolutely brilliant service from CNW Cleaning. They cleaned all my white facias, window sills, and guttering, and the results are superb. The house looks fresh and spotless. Couldn't be happier with the job they've done, a solid 10/10."
"CNW have provided an excellent and consistent service for many years doing our windows, gutters and pressure washing our patio and driveway. Highly recommended."
