What to expect on the day
- We'll agree a time that suits you. We work Monday to Friday from 7am to 9pm, and Saturdays by arrangement.
- You don't usually need to be at home for outside work, as long as we can get to the areas being cleaned. Just let us know about gates, pets or parking.
- Our team arrives in a CNW Clean van, carries out the agreed work and leaves the area tidy.
- If anything needs your attention, such as damage we spot while we're working, we'll tell you plainly and talk you through the options before doing anything extra.
- If you're not happy with any part of the job, let us know within 24 hours under our satisfaction guarantee.
