The service
What cladding cleaning involves
Cladding takes the full force of the weather and traffic grime. Over time it streaks, dulls and turns green, making even a modern building look neglected.
CNW Clean cleans cladding, mainly on industrial units, across Chester and North Wales. Our own cherry pickers give safe access to high elevations, and we're SafeContractor accredited and fully insured.
Britannia Services Group, who have used us for more than 10 years, use us for cladding cleans as well as windows and gutters.
Why professional help matters
Working at height is the most common cause of serious injury in domestic DIY. A professional team removes that risk from you and your family entirely.
Experience counts. Our team members each have more than 20 years' service, so they know how to treat different properties properly and spot problems you might miss.
Insurance protects you. We hold full public and employer's liability insurance and are SafeContractor accredited, so you're covered if the unexpected happens.
Our Recent Work
Real jobs from across Chester, Flintshire and North Wales. Windows, gutters, solar panels, driveways and more.

What happens when it's ignored
Poor brand image
Dirty cladding makes a business look run-down to customers and visitors.
Growth and staining
Algae and streaking build up and become harder to shift.
Hard to reach
Cladding often covers high elevations that need proper access equipment.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Leaving cladding until it's heavily stained
- Using contractors without proper access or accreditation
- Cleaning windows but not the cladding around them

Why CNW Clean
Why local customers choose us
Family run since 1979
Les started CNW Clean in 1979. His son Adam joined in 2006 and has run the business since, adding cherry picker hire along the way. That's more than four decades of looking after homes and businesses in the same part of the world, and a reputation built one job at a time.
The same experienced faces
Our two vans are crewed by long-standing team members, both with more than 20 years' service. You won't get a different stranger every visit. You get people who know the area, know the work and treat your property with care.
Our own access equipment
We own two Nifty Lift cherry pickers, with 12m and 15m working heights, both fully LOLER tested. High or awkward jobs don't depend on hiring equipment from someone else, so there's less waiting and no hidden access charges passed on.
Straightforward to deal with
Free site visits, no call-out charge, no deposits and a clear price for each job. Every job is backed by our 24-hour satisfaction guarantee, and you can reach us on the office line or Adam's mobile.

"CNW have provided an excellent and consistent service for many years doing our windows, gutters and pressure washing our patio and driveway. Highly recommended."
